User Registration

NHATS requires users to register in order to download data. Registration allows us to document the size and diversity of our user community. We also may use the information you provide to contact you regarding changes to data or documentation or announcements of interest to NHATS users. The information you provide will not be used for commercial purposes or redistributed to third parties.

Login Information
A valid email address. All emails from the system will be sent to this address. The email address is not made public and will only be used if you wish to receive a new password or wish to receive certain news or notifications by email.
Several special characters are allowed, including space, period (.), hyphen (-), apostrophe ('), underscore (_), and the @ sign.
Provide a password for the new account in both fields.
